These little things were all the hype a while back and I've recently fallen back in love with them - banana pancakes. They are super easy to make and also fills you up without any bad ingredients.

To make these amazing pancakes you will need:
2 eggs
2 bananas
A handful of oats (optional but makes them more filling)

Mush your bananas into a bowl while whisking your eggs in another one, mix together and add your oats. Fry in coconut oil or vegetable oil for a healthy and delicious breakfast! x

  3. These look so good!! Could just be because I absolutely love fresh berries (though unfortunately we only get them for a few weeks over summer and they are always super expensive)
